Adecco Share Buyback Summary
On November 2nd, 2007 Adecco SA announced the decision of Adecco's Board of Directors to purchase Adecco shares for up to EUR 400 million by the end of 2008. The shares are intended to be used for future acquisitions or to minimize potential dilution related to the outstanding convertible bond.
In compliance with the Swiss regulation, the company is making the following information available regarding the share buyback and sales activity since the start of the current share buyback program. |
