For our client, a leader in global financial services, we placed Employee Supervisors who manage up to 25 Adecco associates on assignment per location and per shift. The Employee Supervisors are responsible for working with our client’s leadership, supporting new and returning temporary associates, monitoring client-specific KPIs, and assisting with associate inquiries.
We decided to take a consultative approach to enhance the Employee Supervisors’ leadership skills and business acumen through upskilling.
Our solution
- Deliver our proprietary Team Captain program to upskill Employee Supervisors to improve productivity, engagement, and retention
- Combination of in-person onsite training and online learning via Aspire Academy
- In-person curriculum is four hours and includes topics such as Position Yourself as a Leader, De-Escalation Techniques, Management on the Floor, and KPI training
- Online learning curriculum is seven hours and includes topics such as Developing as a Leader, Managing a Team, and Conflict in the Workplace
- Combination of in-person onsite training and online learning via Aspire Academy
- Leverage Operational Excellence (OpEx) team to deliver upskilling in-person and ongoing training support
The Team Captain program upskills workers by not only training them on specific topics, but by giving them the skills and capabilities to pass the knowledge onto others.
It's a great way to scale training delivery, and as your team learns and grows with each other, a sense of support and well-being will also enhance team dynamics.
