Adecco is assisting an awesome client to fill a Front Desk Receptionist Position opportunity. This position is Monday to Friday, the start pay is between $17-$18 per hour. 

This position will be responsible for maintaining the front office, answering phones, booking travel for field technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering all incoming calls, direct to appropriate department, take message if necessary.

  • Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies for all departments.

  • Arrange hotel and car rentals for Field Technicians and maintaining excel spread sheet.

  • Maintain front office and front reception area.

    Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Proven experience as an office receptionist or in a similar role

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Customer Service focused

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast environment

  • MS Office (Word, Outlook ,Excel)

  • Knowledge of American Express Concur report a plus

  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Multitasker

  • Extremely Organized.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
