Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Quality Analyst to join our client’s team in Plano, TX. This role offers competitive compensation ($32.04/hour) over a 12-month contract period.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying and escalating quality assurance findings, driving defect remediation, and partnering with business teams to enhance the control environment. Your strong analytical skills, coupled with your experience in loan or other credit-driven operations, will be essential in ensuring risk management and control adherence.

Qualifications:
5+ years of risk management or loan/credit operations experience.
Strong understanding of credit products, banking practices, and loan documentation.
Knowledge of banking laws, rules, and regulations.
Experience with procedure documentation, enterprise policy, and risk control frameworks.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Loan IQ or Stucky software (preferred).
Audit or compliance background is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Identify and escalate quality assurance findings promptly and effectively.
Clearly and concisely communicate quality assurance findings to various levels of management.
Drive timely resolution of defects and participate in dispute resolution.
Collaborate with business teams and risk partners to identify process improvements and strengthen controls.
Provide leadership and expertise in risk management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global partners.
Contribute to the development and update of control policies, procedures, and documentation.
Assess adherence to controls and identify opportunities for improvement in complex environments.
Identify cross-functional solutions and collaborate with teams to implement effective risk management practices.
Promote a strong risk culture within the organization.
Utilize analytical skills and product expertise to execute responsibilities.
Align control findings with broader business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
