Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related area is required. MBA a preference.
- At least 2-3 years of Finance experience with knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements, analytical principles
- Advanced skills for Microsoft office
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Data driven mindset, ability to independently identify & resolve highly complex problems/tasks
- Self-starter and hands on professional.
- Ability to multi-task, effectively project manage, adapt and prioritize within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication and a team player with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Experience in a multinational organization or an Audit Firm
- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
Job Description
- Be responsibility for the credit management processes i.e. risk rating, credit limits setting and review.
- Manage Daily Hold & Release Process of Blocked Orders.
- Lead management of customer collaterals (Credit Insurance, Letter of Guarantees etc.)
- Prepare weekly customer ageing & credit limit reports. Share information & track the issues together with Sales Department
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting – analyzing financial results
- Participate to budget/forecasts exercises
- Participate to continuous improvement of Finance department by making recommendations to enhance reporting format, processes, templates
- Perform the role of controller in the periodical inventory counts
- Analyze the financial statement accounts for accuracy and adequacy in line with IFRS and local GAAP, ensure reconciliations are performed in a consistent manner in line with procedures,
- Responsible for providing support to the development of internal controls and procedures for reporting.
