Adecco is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator located in Ajax, Ontario. This is a 3-month contract role offering $25/hour, ideal for detail-oriented individuals looking to contribute to a fast-paced accounting team. Pay rate: $25/hour.
Location: Ajax, ON
Shifts: Monday-Friday | Flexibile 7-9am start, 8 hour shift.
Job type: 3-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

Invoice data entry and ensuring accuracy of payables
Supporting vendor master data maintenance
Printing and dispatch of Manual Cheque Orders (MCOs)
Performing other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
2+ years’ experience in an accounts payable environment
Post-secondary education in Accounting or a related field
Strong data entry and typing skills
A high level of attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Ability to pass a criminal background check
