Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive land surveys for residential, commercial, industrial, and energy projects.
Perform boundary determinations, construction staking, and as-built surveys with precision.
Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software for accurate data collection and analysis.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements and timelines.
Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Participate in project planning, feasibility studies, and regulatory reporting.
Mentor current articling students
What We’re Looking For:
Professional Land Surveyor (BCLS) designation in British Columbia.
A minimum of 5 years of land surveying experience.
Proficiency with modern surveying equipment and software, including GPS, total stations, and GIS applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel to project sites as required.
