The background checking team has been in place for over 10 years. We protect our customers’ business and reputation. We have automated employment and education referencing which significantly reduce turnaround times. We have subject matter experts, and we access leading background check suppliers, so our process is thorough, compliant and dependable.

Keeping Talent
The aftercare team supports new hires during their tenure, they are central to everything we do. We provide regular touchpoints, and we encourage and offer CIPD as well as support from our mental health-trained colleagues. We take care of timesheets, payroll, and any other queries candidates may have. At the close of their contract, we proactively look for new opportunities so that they can continue working and develop their skills.
