We're recruiting for our client Serco for a short term assignment during Summer 2024

This is a 1-week assignment. This position is ideal for students/teachers who are looking for a short-term position over the summer holiday period.

The operational hours for this role are from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, multiple shift patterns will be available, and flexibility may be required.

What you’ll need to do:

• Be part of a team working in a service delivery environment to deliver excellent customer service, quality, and performance

What you’ll need from you:

• Customer focused and able to deal with customers compassionately.
• Resilience, ability to work in high pressure environments.
• Availability for the full duration of your assignment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Proof of your right to work in the UK
• Attention to detail
• GCSE English at grade C or above (or the equivalent)

Essential criteria:

• PC literate
• Available from 12thAugust 2024 - 16th August 2024
• No annual leave during the training or assignment period
• Bring your own device – Anti Virus Software activated and updated Windows 10 or above. No Apple products, Chromebook, tablets
• Working headset. Speakers cannot be used
• Access to work in a private space without distraction or interruption
