Our employed consultant (EC) solutions combine the flexibility of a contingent workforce with the stability of permanent staff. We have over 500 consultants employed across our client base, offering enhanced agility, scalability, cultural fit, and risk management. These employees are trained in line with your strategic objectives and incentivised to deliver against your projects, and our dedicated on-site managers support with performance review, HR, and welfare.

Project Augmentation 

We place our own permanent staff with clients in contingent positions. This model works as a structured temp to perm programme, resource or as an augmentation for specific skills into projects with a permanent mind set.  

Managed Teams 

We resource, screen and on-board entire teams for our clients. We mobilise our own employees, managing performance and welfare whilst mirroring our client’s approach to their permanent staff. This approach works as a countermeasure to headcount restrictions or any attrition challenges and lends itself well to contact centre or support teams.
