An Ideal Candidate:

As a Key Accounts Manager, he plays an integral role in new business pitches and holds responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients. Maintain a database of contact information. Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the sales process. Monitor the competitors’ products and services and create selling strategies for our products and services. Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company and nurture existing key accounts to build a strong business relationship to generate recurring revenue.

Key Competencies:

1.  Identifying Prospects (Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers).

2.  Setting Appointments.

3.  Conducting a Need Analysis (Gathering information about the customer).

4.  Determining the Client’s Solution.

5.  Written Proposal/Document.

6.  Decision making, negotiation, and Deal closure.

7.  After Sales support.

8.  Identifying Cross-selling & Upselling Opportunities.
