Our client is one of India’s largest module manufacturers, in terms of operational capacity, producing solar photo-voltaic modules, and are also an integrated solar energy solutions provider offering EPC services, and O&M services to our customers.

An Ideal Candidate:

An Ideal with excellent knowledge of the solar module manufacturing process, Deep Understanding of plant efficiency methods, Excellent knowledge of the principles and practices of plant operation, including Production, Maintenance, Quality control, Health, Safety, Security & Environment and Material Management, People Management and Administrative skills. 

Key Competencies:

1.  Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets as per cost, quality, and time standards.

2.  Analyze consumption of raw materials, power, and fuel; address deviations to improve efficiency.

3.  Ensure SOP adherence across production, quality, and maintenance; lead ISO/OHSAS implementation.

4.  Plan preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and enhance uptime and capacity utilization.

5.  Track Plant OEE/OLE; resolve breakdowns of critical machines to optimize resource use.

6.  Oversee safety programs and respond promptly to abnormal or emergency conditions.

7.  Ensure timely, quality production as per customer needs; coordinate packaging and dispatch with SCM.

8.  Drive energy conservation and minimize operational losses.

9.  Ensure process compliance to achieve target yield and product quality.
