An Ideal Candidate:
An ideal candidate should have 10 – 20 years of experience in the Planning ,Construction & Scheduling along with a strong background in Oil and Gas, EPC , Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
Key Competencies:
1. Ensure construction execution follows the approved schedule, and any delays are addressed
with mitigation plans.
2. Monitor and control site construction activities from commencement to handover.
3. Track contractor performance in line with contractual agreements and ensure timely
completion of activities.
4. Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance in all construction operations.
5. Manage construction costs and resource utilization to maintain project budget.
6. Coordinate effectively between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve
site issues.
7. Ensure proper handover of completed construction areas in compliance with contract
requirements.
8. Identify risks and delays in construction and recommend corrective actions and chalking a
catch-up to avoid schedule slippage.
9. Support change management processes by analyzing deviations and their impact on the
construction schedule.
