An Ideal Candidate:

An ideal candidate should have experience in leading end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Manage project contracts, agreements, and vendor relationships. Conduct regular project meetings, reviews, and status reports. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and constraints. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals and objectives.

Key Competencies:

1.  Allocate resources, tasks, and responsibilities to project team members. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; take corrective actions as needed. Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders.

2.  Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Prioritize safety and quality throughout project execution.

3.  Manage changes in project scope, objectives, and requirements. Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and performance.

4.  Manage project procurement, including sourcing materials and services. Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
